Cheat Period
Saturday (5/26) wrapped up 10 days without carbs. I ended this period with a 40 hour fast that included three 55 minute cardio sessions. Starting at 4:30pm, it was carb up time. Here is what I ate to replenish glycogen stores and to get all the cravings out of my system:
Meal 1:

- Kung Pao Chicken and Bourbon Chicken from Food Court in the mall
- Double Doozie Chewy Pecan cookies
- Outback Steakhouse - Ahi Tuna appetizer
- Blue Cheese Pecan Salad with extra everything
- Prime Rib Focaccia Sandwich
- Steak Fries smothered in ketchup
- 1 Slice Turtle Cheesecake from Sam's Club
- Sausage Biscuit
- 8 pizza rolls
- 4 donuts - 1 glazed, 1 creme filled chocolate, 1 raspberry jelly filled glazed, and 1 custard filled chocolate
- 1 Heath Bar flavored Klondike ice cream bar
- 1 bowl of Fruity Pebble Cereal and milk
- 1 homemade cookie
- Creme Brulee rice cakes
- Fat Free Pringles
- Jacks Links Peppered Beef Jerky
- Crispy Almonds

Rock Solid's Current Roster
Jessica (the better half, or we'll say softer half :-) of Rock Solid) and I both have full time jobs and our training is our passion. We usually don't have a lot of time to take on a huge number of clients, but we try to accommodate whoever wants our help. Here are the Rock Stars, as we like to call them, that we are currently working with:
Sarah Shulz - prepping for the Kentucky State Bikini Division
Tina Boots - also prepping for the Kentucky State Bikini
J.D. Wesley - gearing up for competing in Physique at the Tricky Jackson Classic
Dee Dee Bailey - losing some unwanted fat to feel and look better
Edip Elitas - getting rid of those few stubborn pounds that won't let go

Those looking for something soon, The Kentucky State is a nice smaller show. The Tricky Jackson and Kentucky Muscle would be a great combo of shows to do. Once you do all that hard work, why not go ahead and compete in 2 or 3 back to back for your efforts? More chances at trophies ;)

12 Weeks Out from Masters Nationals
Jason Allinder (me - a.k.a. rocksolid) is planning on doing Masters Nationals on July 20, 2012 in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. I began my contest diet 12 weeks out. Here are a few of the pictures we took the day the diet began:
My starting weight was 198.7lbs in the morning and my Tanita scale had my bodyfat at 17% (although the fat percentage is not real accurate, it does give me something to compare to and gauge my progress sometimes)
