Cheat Period

Saturday (5/26) wrapped up 10 days without carbs.  I ended this period with a 40 hour fast that included three 55 minute cardio sessions.  Starting at 4:30pm, it was carb up time.  Here is what I ate to replenish glycogen stores and to get all the cravings out of my system:

Meal 1:
  • Kung Pao Chicken and Bourbon Chicken from Food Court in the mall
  • Double Doozie Chewy Pecan cookies
Meal 2:
  • Outback Steakhouse - Ahi Tuna appetizer
  • Blue Cheese Pecan Salad with extra everything
  • Prime Rib Focaccia Sandwich
  • Steak Fries smothered in ketchup
  • 1 Slice Turtle Cheesecake from Sam's Club
Meal 3:
  • Sausage Biscuit
  • 8 pizza rolls
  • 4 donuts - 1 glazed, 1 creme filled chocolate, 1 raspberry jelly filled glazed, and 1 custard filled chocolate
  • 1 Heath Bar flavored Klondike ice cream bar
  • 1 bowl of Fruity Pebble Cereal and milk
Other Snacks between these meals:
  • 1 homemade cookie
  • Creme Brulee rice cakes
  • Fat Free Pringles
  • Jacks Links Peppered Beef Jerky
  • Crispy Almonds
Then bedtime.  Sunday started with a gruelling leg workout upon waking, then whole eggs and a protein shake, then a gruelling arm workout and two more high protein/moderate fat meals.  Back to no carbs until next Saturday.
